8 year old Nina was busy this weekend with her photo sessions. We started out with Nina and sister Kaleigh in their Easter outfits, joined by a couple of Spring friends.

After the 3rd or 4th time she realized what it was I was doing.
I desaturated most of the color from the image below. I really like this effect with ballet photos.
Another quick change created this jazzy look for her tap costume.
Nina had fun showing me some of her dance steps.

Once we managed to diffuse some of her energy, and another change, we moved into her First Communion Portraits.

Here are some of the menu items that The Bailey will offer, and my guess, will become well known for....
We have the buffalo wings. One of the two sauces that I tasted had a heat that didn't kick in until just after eating the wingette. It was light and really tasty.

Next was the crunchy and FRESH french fries served with vinegar, ketchup or this curry seasoned dipping sauce that was yummy.

Next on the taste testing menu was fish cakes. Not being a lover of fish cakes usually, I must say that although they looked good I was hesitant to taste these. When I did give them a try. they were absolutely delicious.

These special recipe, Bailey Spring Rolls were definitely my favorite of the day.

As entree's go a totally moist and tasteful meatloaf will be a regular item. This was scrumptious!

One of the desserts that will be served is a unique Irish Bread Pudding made with Irish soda Bread!
